Do You Have A Quality Customer List?

One way to generate leads is to use Google AdWords.  Is there a formula for driving traffic to power squeeze page using Google Adwords?  Google Adwords is one of the fastest and cheapest strategies to driving traffic to your squeeze page.  You can also use Microsoft Ad Center and Yahoo. 
There is not necessarily a specific formula to follow, but instead a strategy.  The goal of the strategy is obtain the most number of clicks for the cheapest amount.  Clickers usually know you have something to sell.  So it is better traffic in general.  There is no specific formula. 
In general, you need to set up a Google Adwords account.  Find good keywords for your niche and write great ads.  The biggest thing you can do is to “test and tweak”.  You HAVE to do this or your odds of failing are very high.  Test and tweak by creating an ad, running it, and testing it.  Then tweak the ad, run it and test.  A good click through percentage is 3 or more.  Strive to get the highest click through rate possible.  Monitor every day, especially in the beginning.  Then you can check it one to times per week.
What’s the best way to find out about the quality of your list?  Would you give subscribers an incentive to reply?  Use www.askdatabase.com is great software.  It asks your list what they want to learn.  You can set this up or hire a freelancer from Elance.com to help you. 
For example, you can ask “What is the single biggest thing you want to learn this year for your [niche]?”  www.askdatabase.com organizes the responses based on keywords.  It is a highly effective way to find out what your subscribers are looking for.  Offering an incentive to reply such as an eBook is a great idea.  However, a lot of times people like to give their opinion and input anyway.  So you don’t even need to offer an incentive. 
Another way to find out what your list wants is to send out an email and try to get them to buy something.  If they buy it then you know they were interested in it.  If they don’t buy it then you know they weren’t interested in that product.  Don’t wait on sending sales emails.  Send emails as soon as possible to find out the wants and needs of your list, plus the quality of your subscribers.
Another method is to look at the following sites: 

http://www.promotematt.com and http://www.clickbank.com.  You can go to these sites and find other products in your niche.  Become an affiliate and send out a sales email to your list.  See if your customers will buy the product.  This is a quick way to sell something to your list.
