Now the moment you have been waiting for.  The most effective way to create a quality subscriber list is to engage in joint ventures.  For example, you can set up an email joint venture.  You swap your list with another Internet entrepreneur that has complementary products and/or services. 

The good news is that you don’t need to spend money and this is the quickest way to build a quality list.  You can significantly increase the number of subscribers.  Essentially, it is a transfer of credibility in the form of a master referral.  Plus, these subscribers are usually good buyers.
